The one-appointment guarantee
If Fourth Ring doesn't book at least one appointment from a call you would have missed in your first 30 days, we refund the $2,500 and you keep it running through the end of the month.
We can offer that because a business that misses a quarter of its calls books one in the first week. If you don't, the system wasn't the problem, and you shouldn't pay for it.
Is it a fit?
This works if:
- Is your average job or appointment worth more than a few hundred dollars?
- Do calls come in while you're working, after hours, or on weekends?
- Does the person who answers the phone also do the work, or does your office close at five while the phone doesn't?
It's not for you if:
- You already have a receptionist or call center that answers every call. Keep them.
- Your customers take weeks and three bids to decide.
