The rules on the wall
Owners first.
Every decision starts with the plumber under the sink at 6:12. If it doesn't help that person, we don't do it.
Listen to the calls.
Everyone here reads transcripts every week, including whoever sells the thing. You can't fix what you don't hear.
Say no early.
If a shop isn't a fit, we say so on the first call. We'd rather lose the sale than refund it.
Plain words.
No jargon on the site, in the calls, or in the weekly count. If an owner wouldn't say it, neither do we.
Fix it the same day.
An owner texts a change and it's live before the next call. That's a rule, not a goal.
Keep the guarantee real.
The one-appointment guarantee is only a promise if every account is watched closely enough to keep it.
Three jobs, when the time comes
Call reviewer
You read every call an account takes, catch what the assistant got wrong, and change it. Detail work. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Setup specialist
You take a new shop from the first call to live in a week: services, hours, calendar, the carrier paperwork, the test calls.
Owner success
You're the person a shop texts. You run the weekly count, answer the questions, and notice when a shop's misses go up.
